AGCCE
Association of Government Contact Center Employees, Inc.
Who We Are:
The Association of Government Contact Center Employees, Inc. (AGCCE) was
established in 2003 by a small group of local government contact center managers
who had met on several occasions to discuss issues such as hiring, training,
motivation and technology. Since that time, the AGCCE has grown to more than 40
member cities and counties across the U.S. and Canada. Members of the
association meet annually to share best practices, explore new technology, network
and learn from each other’s experiences. Representatives from local governments
who are researching the feasibility of starting a contact center or who are at any
stage of establishing their center also find the annual conference and year-round
networking invaluable tools.
Becoming a Member:
The Association of Government Contact Center Employees is kicking off the 2010
Annual Membership Drive. We are very pleased to continue offering the
membership fee at an annual rate of $100 per municipality. Membership in the
AGCCE:
There are two different payment options available. You can pay by check made
payable to “AGGCE” or for your convenience, you may now pay by using Visa or
MasterCard! All payments are due by January 31, 2010.

Google. This most valuable tool gives you a forum in which to ask and
answer questions of other members, propose new business processes or
ideas your municipality is investigating, and to share best practices. Some
recent discussions have been on emergency preparedness, using social
networking sites such as Twitter, interviewing questions and the types of
accountability reports produced. - Creates friendships from all over the country!
